Russell Neds

Russ founded Seniors Servicing Company in 1986 after lending a helping hand to a neighbor who was frustrated by the mounds of medical paperwork and insurance claims piling up on her kitchen table. With decades of experience within the insurance industry, Russ leveraged his expertise to help thousands of people navigate the medical claims and insurance process. 

Outside of the office, Russ dedicated his time to his family and community, including serving on the board of Upper Arlington Special Olympics. Though Russ passed away in 2018, his passion for people lives on in the service we provide to our clients each and every day.
