Your updated prescription drug list has been received – thank you! We sincerely appreciate you returning everything to us in a timely manner. We will review your completed questionnaire and contact you if corrections are needed.
If you listed any doctor’s appointments on your questionnaire, call us afterwards. Once you share whether any changes were made to your list of prescriptions or if your list of prescriptions remained the same, we will schedule your prescription drug plan analysis to be completed.
For your reference, here are important dates to keep in mind.
- Oct 1: We have access to available 2027 plan choices.
- Oct 15 – Dec 4: Personalized comparisons are completed in the order in which the PDP Questionnaires are received. If you listed a doctor's appointment, your analysis will be completed after your appointment. Once your personal comparison is complete, our team will provide our analysis including plan details, estimated costs and our suggestion for 2027. Please review our analysis in its entirety.
- Nov 6: FINAL DAY to submit requested corrections based on your PDP list sent to our team. We are unable to complete your analysis until corrections are received. If forms are received after Nov 6, you may not receive your personalized plan analysis.
- Friday, Dec 4: Last day of Medicare Fall Open Enrollment for SSC
- Monday, Dec 7: Last day of Medicare Fall Open Enrollment. Please note: Provider websites often slow down or go down completely on the last day of Open Enrollment. Because of this, our team prioritizes completing Open Enrollment prior to December 4 to avoid last-minute technical issues.
- Jan 1, 2027: Plan selections become effective.
