Russ has been a featured speaker for numerous community seminars on health care issues, has been a guest on many area radio call-in programs and has been highlighted in articles in various publications. He serves on several committees relating to senior concerns and is a member of the White House Commission on Aging.

Russell Neds – President and Founder
Russ has spent more than 20 years in many areas and levels of the Insurance industry. They include Home Office customer support, underwriting, claims processing and in sales, sales management and training. In 1986, Russ founded Seniors Servicing Company to assist individuals and professionals with medical claims. He is widely accepted as THE health claims expert and consults with attorneys, accountants, trust departments and Probate Courts. |

Christine Richardson, RN – Director of Medical Marketing
Christine has extensive background as a Nurse Case Manager and Health Care Administrator. Her years of experience in claim payment interpretation and evaluation complements our efforts at Seniors Servicing. Chris also assists our marketing efforts with the medical community. |
